This three-day programme prepares you to deliver the full Piece of Mind workplace mental health training pathway, from Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace through to Advanced Leadership in Workplace Mental Health.
Rather than simply teaching a collection of mental health conditions, the programme develops your understanding of workplace mental health, legal and organisational responsibilities, supportive conversations, referral and escalation, workplace culture and the role managers and leaders play in supporting their people.

Teaching Qualification
To deliver our credit rated qualifications, instructors will need to hold an appropriate teaching qualification or be working towards one.
