Understanding Mental Health and Wellbeing
A practical introduction to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Helps staff understand common mental health challenges, recognise when someone may be struggling and consider the workplace factors that can affect wellbeing, plus simple ways to look after themselves, support colleagues and know when further help may be needed.
Preventing Burnout
Helps your people understand burnout, recognise the early warning signs and explore what may be driving it, including the personal and workplace pressures involved, how they affect wellbeing and performance, and practical ways to manage pressure, create healthier boundaries and recognise when something at work may need to change.
Building Resilience and Managing Stress
Helps your people understand what drives stress, personally and within the workplace. Explores common workplace pressures, how stress affects wellbeing and performance, and practical ways to build resilience, encouraging staff to recognise what may need to change rather than simply expecting people to cope with more.
Having Supportive Conversations
Gives your people the confidence to start conversations when they’re concerned about a colleague. A simple framework for approaching sensitive conversations, covering what helps, what can get in the way and what to avoid, so staff learn how to listen, respond appropriately and offer support while understanding their own role and boundaries.
Mental Health First Aider Support & Skills Session
Training shouldn’t be the end of the support your Mental Health First Aiders receive. This interactive session gives existing First Aiders a safe space to check in, ask questions and build confidence in their role, exploring situations they’ve encountered, areas of lower confidence, and any challenges they’re experiencing. There’s time to practise conversations, revisit boundaries, discuss signposting and escalation, and refresh skills. Suitable for First Aiders trained by us or another provider.
Building Resilience at Work
Helps your people build the skills to navigate change, setbacks and challenging periods at work. Explores what resilience really means, what can strengthen or drain it, and how workplace pressures affect our ability to cope. Staff leave with practical ways to protect their wellbeing, recover from difficult experiences and recognise when something needs to change rather than simply pushing through.
Psychological Safety at Work
Helps create a workplace where people feel able to speak up, ask for help, raise concerns and be honest when something isn’t working. Explores what psychological safety looks like in practice, the behaviours that strengthen or undermine it, and the role everyone plays in creating a healthier workplace culture.
Suicide Awareness at Work – 90 Minutes
Gives your people the confidence to recognise when someone may be at risk and know how to respond. This practical session is suitable for employees at all levels and requires no previous mental health training.
Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops for Young People
Practical, age-appropriate workshops that help young people understand their mental health, make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions, and develop skills they can use in everyday life. Creates space to talk openly about wellbeing while giving young people practical ways to manage pressure, build confidence and recognise when they may need support.
Diversity and Inclusion Training
Helps your people understand the role they play in creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, included and able to contribute. Explores bias, behaviour, communication and the everyday experiences that can leave people feeling excluded, with practical ways to build a more inclusive workplace.
Mental Health First Aid: Know Your Organisation
Gives your Mental Health First Aiders the confidence to navigate your organisation’s own support systems when someone needs help. Connects their training with what actually happens inside your workplace: internal policies, HR and escalation routes, EAP and wellbeing services, confidentiality and record keeping, and where responsibility sits when concerns become more serious. Your First Aiders should know not only how to have the conversation, but what happens next.
