Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive the Ofqual regulated Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (RQF) or the Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health at SCQF Level 4.
This qualification is valid for three years, after which you will need to complete the course again to maintain your certification.
Assessment
The qualification is assessed through a multiple-choice question paper. A Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health will be issued upon successful completion. No external assessors are required.
Numbers
A maximum of 16 people can be accommodated on this course and all candidates must be a minimum of 14 years of age to qualify.
