The Introduction to Clinical Hypnotherapy course is a simple way to answer it. You get a real feel for how hypnosis works, how a session with a client is put together, and how we teach, without signing up to months of training first.
If you enjoy it, you can go on to our Foundation Diploma. If you decide it is not for you, you have spent £30 and learned something interesting about how the mind works.

You do not need any experience of therapy or coaching. People come to hypnotherapy from all sorts of backgrounds.

An honest note. This course will not make you a qualified hypnotherapist. To work with clients you need proper classroom practice and assessment, which is what our Foundation Diploma and Diploma are for. The introduction is there to help you decide, not to replace that training.

I am Andy Griffiths. I still see clients every week in Glasgow, mostly people living with anxiety, and I bring that into everything I teach.
I have taught hundreds of students in the classroom and online. What you learn is what actually happens in the therapy room, not just what is in the textbook.

Questions people ask
Will this course make me a qualified hypnotherapist?
No. It is an introduction. To work with clients you need a recognised qualification with classroom practice and assessment, such as our Foundation Diploma or full Diploma.
Do I need any experience?
No. Many of our students have no background in therapy at all. You just need to be open minded and willing to practise.
Is there a time limit?
No. Work through it at your own pace, whenever suits you.
What happens when I finish?
If you want to carry on, the next step is our Foundation Diploma, in Glasgow or live online. We are happy to talk it through with you first.
Am I too old or too young to train?
People start training at all stages of life. What matters is that you are willing to learn and practise.
