- Practise face to face with other students, with me there to guide you
- Local accommodation nearby if you are travelling in for the weekends
Live online, from anywhere
- Join the same classroom in real time over Zoom
- This is not distance learning. You take part, ask questions and practise as it happens
- I watch, guide and correct you, just as I would in the room
- The same qualification. Your certificate simply notes that you attended online
Whether you train in person or join us live online, you’ll learn a practical, effective model of hypnotherapy that works in real sessions, with real clients.
And because the full Diploma is accredited by the GHSC and recognised nationally and internationally, you’ll graduate ready to register with the GHSC, CNHC and ACCPH, get insured, and start working with clients.
Pick Your Training Path
Our hypnotherapy training is structured as a single continuous course: the 9 Month Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching.
For those who don’t want to commit to the full 9 month Diploma straight away, there’s the option to enrol on the 4 Month Foundation Diploma. It is the first four weekends of the Diploma, so you train in the same classroom as the Diploma students, with a clear exit point after four months. If you carry on, you simply continue into the rest of the Diploma.
Diploma Course
The full Diploma is designed for students who want to:
- Build advanced skills and deeper confidence
- Work professionally as accredited hypnotherapists.
- Support clients with complex issues like anxiety, trauma, phobias, and habits
You’ll go beyond the Foundation course content with regression, NLP, trauma work, phobia cures, and advanced therapeutic approaches. By the end of the course, you’ll have everything you need to start treating clients and establish your practice as a registered and accredited hypnotherapist.
Attend in person in Glasgow or join the live online classroom from anywhere in the world.
Foundation Diploma
This course offers transformative skills and practical insights into the human mind, making it perfect for those who want to:
- Work with clients on basic issues such as stress, confidence, and habits,
- Pursue a rewarding new interest
- Build a strong personal foundation before moving on to the full Diploma.
You’ll also gain a recognised coaching qualification alongside your hypnotherapy training.
The Foundation can be taken in person at our Glasgow training
centre, or live online from wherever you are.
Online Distance Learning
This self-paced online certificate is perfect for those who want to:
- Learn hypnotherapy from anywhere, entirely in your own time
- Try hypnotherapy before committing to live classroom training
- Build a foundation you can later upgrade into the Diploma

Is the hypnotherapy training accredited?
Yes. The full Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy is accredited by the GHSC and recognised nationally and internationally, and leads to registration with the GHSC, the CNHC and the ACCPH. The Foundation Diploma is recognised by the GHSC and ACCPH, and once you complete it you can register with the ACCPH. When you qualify from the Diploma, you can register, get insured and start working with clients. There is more detail in our article on accreditation.
Should I start with the Foundation Diploma or the full Diploma?
If you already know you want to work with clients professionally, the 9 month Diploma takes you all the way. If you would rather try it first, start with the Foundation Diploma and decide at the end of the four months. How long does the training take?
The Foundation Diploma takes 4 months and the full Diploma takes 9 months. There is also a self paced online certificate you can work through in your own time.
Can I train online?
Yes. Both the Foundation Diploma and the Diploma can be taken in person at our Glasgow training centre or live online from wherever you are. It is exactly the same qualification either way. Do I need any experience?
No. People come to the training from all sorts of backgrounds, and many have no experience of therapy at all. Our article on who can train as a hypnotherapist explains more.
