This page is part of my guide to anxiety therapy in Glasgow. If you're looking for help, start there to see how I work, what a session is like and how to book a free consultation.
Help from wherever you feel safest
When you’re anxious, even getting to an appointment can feel like too much. The journey, the waiting room, the worry about what happens if you panic on the way.
Working online takes all of that away. You can talk to me from your own sofa, your kitchen table or your car on a lunch break. Somewhere familiar, where you already feel a bit more in control.
I work with clients online every week, using the same approach I use in person.
No travel
No journey, no parking, no sitting in a waiting room.
Your own space
Talk from somewhere that feels safe and familiar.
Wherever you are
You don’t need to live in Glasgow to work with me.
Fits around life
Easier to fit around work, family and everything else.
If leaving the house is the hard part, you don’t have to leave the house.
For a lot of people with panic, agoraphobia or social anxiety, online sessions are what finally make getting help possible. We can start where you are, and work towards the things that feel out of reach right now.

Questions about online therapy
Open whichever one is on your mind.
Is online therapy as effective as seeing someone in person?
+
For most people, yes. The conversation, the understanding and the techniques are the same. What changes is that you don’t have to travel to get them.
Some people actually find it easier to open up from their own space.
Does hypnotherapy work over a video call?
+
Yes. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, and you can reach it just as easily at home as in my therapy room.
You can hear me, talk to me and open your eyes whenever you want. You stay in control the whole time.
What do I need?
+
A quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted, a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and a reasonable internet connection.
Headphones help, but they’re not essential.
What if I feel anxious on camera?
+
That’s really common, and it’s completely fine. Just tell me. We can go at whatever pace feels right, and nobody expects you to be perfectly calm.
For a lot of people, that nervous feeling fades within the first few minutes.
Is it confidential?
+
Yes. Our sessions are private and confidential, exactly as they would be in person.
