The harsh reality is that seeking out mental health support via the GP/NHS can be a really frustrating process.
 
So many people struggle when medication is the only option given and it isn’t helping.
Right now there are people that are struggling and are denied urgently needed treatment because their symptoms are seen as “not quite severe enough”, while other people are seen as “attention seeking” instead of being recognised as being at risk.
 
And then there’s those that are stuck in lengthy waiting lists or fall victim to admin errors that lengthen the wait for therapy.
