What is the mental health first aid course?
Mental health first aid training provides you with the skills to identify early signs of common mental health conditions and how to help people get the help they need as soon as possible.
Our courses carry a nationally recognised accreditation across the UK.
- SCQF level 4-6 in Scotland
- RQF level 1-3 in England, Wales & Ireland
These courses are all about teaching you how to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis and potentially stop a crisis from happening.
