Introducing myself, I am Ian Young, a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, duly recognized by both the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council.

My dedication lies in supporting individuals who are drowning in the tumult of emotions – those battling Anxiety, Depression, and crippling Phobias, or grappling with persistent, unwanted habits, such as compulsive eating or dependence on tobacco. A common tragedy is that many lack direction because these issues not only sap one’s mental strength but also bleed into other facets of overall health and wellness.

I suffer generally with anxiety disorder, and went to see ian as I was struggling with my children growing up and leaving home to go to university, this left me feeling that I had no worth and no real direction. Kind of a "what do I do now?"
